How to notify a claim or incident
If you’re involved in a claim or incident that could lead to a claim, notify us as soon as possible. Early notification allows us to provide timely medico-legal advice, manage risk and ensure your insurance responds appropriately.

Complete our secure online claim form with details of the complaint, legal documents or incident. Email us any relevant correspondence, such as AHPRA letters, statements of claim or Medicare audit notices.
